gesti\u00f3n de una infraestructura log\u00edstica avanzada<\/strong> (Puerto Seco) para optimizar el flujo de mercanc\u00edas entre las terminales portuarias y el interior del continente africano.<\/p><p>El proyecto aborda la actual <strong>carencia de infraestructuras ferroviarias y log\u00edsticas<\/strong>, proponiendo una soluci\u00f3n integral que mejora la competitividad de los
